Spicy Paloma

Ingredients:
Equipment: cocktail shaker, jigger, strainer, mesh strainer (recommended)
- 1 oz Tequila (Blanco OR Reposado)
- 0.5 oz Mezcal
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Hot Sauce (Tabasco OR Habanero)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
- Garnish with citrus wheel OR chili pepper of choice
