Sierre Madre Meets Sour

Ingredients:
Equipment: cocktail shaker, jigger, strainer, mesh strainer (recommended)
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup
- Bitters
- Salt
Method:
- Add all ingredients except egg whites to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture feels airy
- Add ice to shaker tin
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with citrus peel
