Our standard shipping is via Canada Post and expedited services are offered at an additional cost. Shipping includes all packing, insurance and specified delivery. If you have your own courier account we will be pleased to use it to accommodate you. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Standard Shipping: FREE to Canada … OVER $100 *
For shipments within Canada we typically use Canada Post. Most orders should arrive 4 - 10 business days after shipping. If you have a dog, we hope your pooch is nicer to the delivery people than ours.
Orders received weekdays typically ship the next day. Some ship same day if they’re received early. Orders received Friday ship Monday (except holidays). Large or fragile orders are outsourced to shipping experts and we confirm time and cost details with you prior to shipping. See Restrictions*. Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Please give us a ring for shipping to YT, NT, or NU as free shipping may not qualify.

A surcharge per item may be added at checkout even if you order qualifies for free shipping as follows:

- Sale items may be excluded from free shipping and a surcharge added at checkout.
- Orders requiring multiple shipments may require a surcharge after checkout. We will contact you with options.
- Destination charges may be required to remote areas after checkout. We'll contact you.
Xpresspost and Priority Overnight shipping:
These services come at a premium price, vary by location, and are not available to all locations. Contact us for assistance.

Lakehouse can't guarantee shipping times as unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather and worker stoppages do occur.
We stock most products but in some cases items require a lead-time or a special order. Some products are shipped direct from our supplier. If you get an "out of stock message" from our web store be sure to contact us with any questions.
Furniture & Oversize items:
Most items ship within 2 – 6 weeks. We can arrange for a freight carrier or moving company to deliver your items as required. Note that freight carriers usually offer curbside delivery therefore you need to be present for delivery.
“White Glove” Service:
We can arrange for items to be brought into your home, unpacked, assembled and all packing materials removed. Of course this service has additional costs (and to be perfectly honest the delivery folks may not actually be wearing white gloves). In any case, we’ll be sure to contact you to discuss all the related costs, options, and glove colours.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving delivery. Returns must be unused, in original packaging. See our Return Policy for more details.
