We’re always seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates who will act as “Experience Agents” in our store. There are two streams of talent that run through our store and staff – one is home décor and the other is gourmet kitchen. Applicants should have a passion for food, wine, design, and all things home décor. Our experience agents enhance our customer’s shopping experience with extensive product knowledge, personality, greeting, engagement, and exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements and Assets include (but not limited to):
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional and friendly.
- Prior retail experience.
- Culinary or hospitality education or experience.
- Home décor and Interior Design education or experience
- Foodsafe an asset.
- Familiarity with Retail POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
