What was your favorite vacation? Nine month cycling journey from Hong Kong to India and around Europe

 

What are your hobbies? Playing basketball, hiking, playing video games

List three of your favourite tips or techniques you use in the kitchen? Hot pan hot oil, stock your herbs and spices, never use table salt
