What made you want to become a chef? The culture of a kitchen and structure of personal development.

 

What is your signature dish? Chicken Parm

 

What are the 5 ingredients your cant live without? Onion, Garlic, Cheese, Wine, Butter

 

What do you love about cooking? It’s Art. Creating.

 

When you're creating a new recipe, what influences and inspires you? Past chefs, menus and experiences.

 

What advice would you give a new cook? Have a sharp knife and cherish it.

 

What are you doing when you’re not cooking? Eating.

 

Describe your perfect evening? Relaxing with a fine wine and good company. Sunsets on the beach. Backyard Bbqing.

Where are you from? Born in Rotterdam, Netherlands raised in Calgary, AB and finished high school in Kelowna.

 

What was your favorite vacation? Italy

 

What are your hobbies? Outdoors, Soccer (Football), Cooking
